It is a matter of great pride and satisfaction to witness the sustained progress of the Pak Swiss Training Centre (PSTC), Karachi, a premier institution under the umbrella of Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR). Established with the technical collaboration of the Swiss Government, PSTC has emerged as a Centre of excellence in technical education and vocational training, contributing significantly to Pakistan’s industrial and economic development. In today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape, the role of skilled manpower is more critical than ever. PSTC continues to respond to the needs of industry by offering cutting-edge training programs in mechanical, electrical, and precision engineering. The Centre's hands-on, industry-oriented approach ensures that graduates are not only job-ready but also capable of driving innovation and productivity in their respective fields.

PCSIR remains committed to strengthening institutions like PSTC through strategic initiatives, including the upgradation of training equipment, industry linkages, and curriculum modernization. The recently launched initiatives—such as collaboration with leading industrial partners and inclusion of emerging technologies—are aligned with our vision of building a skilled and self-reliant Pakistan.
